IN NO EVENT SHALL DEVPOST, ITS FOUNDERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT; (C) ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT OR CONTENT ON THE SERVICE; OR (D) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
